INFP as a Leader
Most of us never thought that an Introvert-Intuitive-Feeling-Perceiving person would make a leader (and I hope a good leader). This personality make up only about 1% of the human population and I am a woman which makes the percentage even smaller. The challenge of being a good leader for an INFP is huge but we are as INFPs keep trying to improve ourselves.
